Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or there is a defect in the manufacturing process.
If package has been opened, we cannot offer any refund.
No returns or refunds will be accepted on discounted or promotional items. All sales are final with respect to promotional items. You may still qualify for an upgrade as listed below, and this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Additionally, when using a promotional discount code as part of our buyer's loyalty program, the original order upon which those discounts were made will be non-refundable. This helps us maintain loyalty to our buyers without having customers take advantage of buyer loyalty programs without being a buyer. Because discounted items are not subject to automatic refunds, you may contact us for questions and this can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Because of recent health issues surrounding opened and returned masks, we cannot accept opened items as a return. Items arrive to you created under clean environmental conditions and when packaged and should be returned as such.
If you mistakenly purchase the wrong size, and wish to upgrade, you may be eligible for a FREE upgrade. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You must EMAIL us to be evaluated for an upgrade at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may be eligible for a refund if the item was defected, or did not fit. However, you will be offered a larger size in lieu of the return vs. a refund. This is our guarantee to you. If the item was defective, you must explain to the best of your ability, in good faith, why you believe it was defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We ask that you allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or that are subject to any of the aforementioned policy above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Importantly, shipping costs will not be refunded on your order if you quality for a return as outlined above.
If you wish to cancel the order before it ships, you must provide us with notice within 30 minutes of ordering as we generally begin the fulfillment process immediately. After receiving your fulfillment email, you must follow the return policy above. Failure to comply with this cancellation process will result in you needing to return the product and its inspection. As we prioritize processing orders when they are completed, we reserve the right not to cancel orders after they have been processed. We will exercise good faith in cancelling orders upon receiving notice, but if the order is dispatched, you must follow the above policy ("Refund Policy") to receive your funds in exchange for the returned, unopened, product.
